Dear Lincoln County Merchant: Booth prices for the 2023 Christmas Jubilee are as follows:

8’ x 16’ – $250 8’ x 12’ – $200 8’ x 8’ – $150 Food Booth – $250

The primary purpose of the Christmas Jubilee is to provide a venue where Lincoln County vendors can display and sell their wares and products. Therefore, to reserve a booth in the Jubilee, your primary place of business must be located in Lincoln County, and all applicants must so certify by signing the statement below and providing a copy of the appropriate document. If it is determined that a vendor who does not maintain a Lincoln County business has invalidly obtained a booth in Jubilee, the Greeter organization reserves the right to require said vendor to dismantle his/her display space, depart the Convention Center premises, and reservation money will be retained by the Ruidoso Valley Greeters. Absolutely no booth sharing allowed; only one business per booth. Should you be interested in getting on the waiting list of the Christmas Jubilee 2023, please complete this application and submit. You will be contacted in September of 2023 if there are available booths. No refunds will be given after October 25, 2023.     I understand that by submitting this application I agree to the event terms and have authority to apply on this business's behalf. As owner/manager of the business named above, you hereby certify that said business is registered with the State of New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department. I further certify that my primary place of business is in Lincoln County. WITH THIS APPLICATION, I am providing a copy of my NM State Taxation Certificate of Registration, business license as proof of such location of business, and photos of items that will be for sale in my booth. DO NOT include checks/payment with your wait list application.
