The Ruidoso Valley Greeters are an integral part of the Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce. They are the philanthropic arm of the Chamber.  They are those turquoise-jacketed gals you see all over Lincoln County spreading good will.

The Greeters are a volunteer group that helps to support businesses in the county by holding Ribbon Cuttings for new businesses; by doing surprise monthly Champion of Service Awards that go to an employee who goes ''above and beyond'' the customer’s expectations and by attending Business After Hours where local businesses stay open later to celebrate with food and friendship.

They are the group that organizes and puts on the beloved “Christmas Jubilee”.  The money they make with this event is given as philanthropic pledges to various organizations such as The Lincoln County Food Bank, The High Mountain Youth Project, ENMU-Ruidoso, Friends of the Library, The Humane Society of Lincoln County, Roadrunner Food Bank, Smokey Bear Hometown Association, Ski Apache Adaptive Sports and numerous others.
